Below is a sample of what you can expect to see in the mail after ordering your kit.
Please ensure that you do not eat or drink anything 1 hour prior to completing your sample.
Wash your hands thoroughly before taking your sample and then follow the instruction card fully.
Some samples might not be able to be processed correctly if the saliva does not contain enough DNA or there simply was not enough saliva provided. If the initial processing fails for any of these reasons, Genome It All will offer to send another kit to the user to collect a second sample for a $100.00 reprocessing fee. To avoid paying a reprocessing fee, please follow the instructions carefully.
